Our trainers

BUSHIDO München e.V. can rely on a competent team of trainers. As of now, the team consists of a female trainer and three male trainers.

Sebastian Kühnen

For me karate-do is a martial art and a school of life at the same time. From the training I draw a lot of power and inner strength to live upright, brave and self-conscious. 

Graduation:   3. Dan Shotokan

Karate since:  September 1977

Licenses:        B-Trainer Leistungssport (B-level trainer's license for competetive sports), B-Prüfer Shotokan und SOK (B-level license for belt-tests for Shotokan and open-style Karate)

Meike Luber

For me, karate means to be active and mobile, and to find my inner balance. Keeping training is fun, and I constantly learn more about karate. 

Graduation: 1. Dan Shotokan

Karate since: March 2000

Licenses:           C-Trainer Breitensport (C-level trainer's license for recreational sports)

B-Trainer Sport in der Prävention: Haltung und Bewegung (B-level trainer's license)

A-Trainer Tai Chi (A-level trainer's license for Tai Chi) 

Claus Pommer

Karate bedeutet für mich nicht nur sportlichen Ausgleich zu meinem Bürojob, sondern regelmäßiges Training für Körper und Geist. Es strukturiert mein Leben und ist mir unverzichtbar geworden.

Jan Dirnberger

Aside from the opportunity to move after a desk job and to balance my stress levels, Karate is the best way to center yourself and find yourself at the same time.
